About Us

Weaving Waters helps organizations, leaders, and communities design more meaningful ways to gather, work, lead, and create change.

We work at the intersection of hospitality, wellbeing, cultural engagement, leadership development, and regenerative strategy. Our role is to help clients turn complex human, cultural, and organizational challenges into clear, practical, and transformative pathways forward.

Our approach is collaborative, place-based, and relational. We believe that how people gather matters: in boardrooms, retreat centres, hotels, communities, workplaces, and on the land. When designed with care, these spaces can strengthen trust, support wellbeing, deepen belonging, and create more responsible forms of growth.

The Weaving Waters collective brings together experience across hospitality development, wellness strategy, finance, Indigenous reconciliation, human rights, organizational design, storytelling, and facilitation.

We support clients through advisory work, strategic planning, programme design, cultural sensitivity frameworks, stakeholder engagement, retreat development, leadership gatherings, and embodied learning experiences.

At the centre of our work is a simple belief: human development, commercial strategy, cultural respect, and ecological responsibility do not need to be separate conversations. When woven together with care, they can create stronger organisations, healthier communities, and more meaningful experiences of place.

As part of our commitment to reciprocity, Weaving Waters also makes space for selected pro bono advisory support for Indigenous-led initiatives and projects connected to cultural restoration, community wellbeing, and land-based renewal..
